Pre-Natal Belly Painting Delaware

Yesterday I had the lovely opportunity to work with an expecting client for a pre-natal belly paint session in Delaware. We worked with a Fall/Winter Baby theme as this 2nd time mommy to be gave birth to her first born in the Fall and her baby girl is due in the Winter. We decided that fall leaves and snowflakes should be included into the belly paint design.After an hour long session, the final product was a scene on one side with a tree and colorful fall leaves opposite a snowflake scene each sparkling and shimmering with glitter. The results were appreciated by mom and baby girl as she was moving around during the belly paint session:)

Fantasy Fest 2013 was another body painting success! As one of my favorite events of the year, I cannot begin to explain the excitement I feel about body painting in Key West during Fantasy Fest. I appreciate the opportunity to travel to my favorite place in all the land AND do what I love to do amongst like minded, fun, beautiful people.

The theme this year was Superhero�s, Villains, and Beyond. I painted several Wonder Woman,SuperGirl and Poison Ivy designs on women. Superman and Thor were favorites amongst the men. Not everyone stayed in sync with the theme. Some other designs that I body painted were a beautiful breast cancer pink ribbon on a lovely, joyful and delightful breast cancer survivor, corset tops, sports team jerseys, a dragon and Indian feathers just to highlight a few. I am grateful to have worked with and painted wonderful people . Its as much fun for me as it is for those being body painted in Key West for Fantasy Fest!! Theres no doubt that Philadelphia based body painter Jennifer Montgomery is passionate about face and body art. She has been in business for a decade providing face painting, body painting , henna and airbrush body art in the Philadelphia area and most recently Key West, Florida. During a recent video shoot she demonstrated her body painting art on model Samantha Elmer . The entire body painting process was captured from start to finish by videographer Alan Fenstermaker of Fenstermaker Films. After the body paint was completed, Jennifer was interviewed and described how she comes up designs,inspiration for her body paint designs, previous and upcoming events including Cigarfest, Fantasy Fest and The Kennett Square Mushroom Festival. She also spoke enthusiastically about her love for Key West, Florida and her participation in the upcoming Fantasy Fest in Key West.

What an exciting weekend at Cigarfest 2013! I was in attendance for 2 days during the 10 year anniversary of Cigarfest to body paint models with selected poster artwork from previous events. The events was held at Split Rock Resort in Lake Harmony PA, a beautiful setting for a spectacular event. The models wore the paint with enthusiasm while the attendees very much enjoyed having their photo’s taken with the beautiful body painted models. Each model had a different poster design body painted on her back, making each design different and unique. Body painting is a fabulous way to advertise, promote and engage with the crowd. As the Easter holiday approaches , Easter Egg Hunt events were a popular type of event to face paint for. Parties with a theme are fun to paint for. This weekend was no exception.
