Hi there friends- just a an update regarding Fantasy Fest in Key West. Unfortunately the news that Fantasy Fest is skipping 2020 and scheduled for 2021 was received today. Another Fantasy Fest in Key West I’m the books ! This year marked the 40th Year of the spectacular event ! I’m honored to have participated once again. This year was especially unique as I painted mostly repeat clients in their accommodations around the island. Not only did I have fun with painting custom face and body art designs on fun people but I also had the opportunity to see many cool hotels and vacation rentals .

I especially loved The Saint on Eaton Street in Key West as well as Ocean Key Resort at the Mallory Square end of the island.

Every client I painted was happy, fun, festive and decorated beautifully for a fun night out on Duval or in front of Capt. Tony’s. I even had a handful of clients from the Philadelphia area which reminded me of home with similar energies and attitudes . We kicked off the event on Sunday with the Zombie Bike Ride Edition of the Artisan Market in Key West.

What a fun 4th of July at The Casa Marina in Key West!! I was there and participated with face painting and henna at this event put on by The Key West Rotary and what an extravaganza it was! It was hot but beautiful in sunny Key West with delicious food, drinks, sand sculpture music, activities for the kids and the whole family in anticipation of the fireworks on the beach ! I had a steady line of sweaty but eager faces to be painted and bodies to put henna on!
