Hi everyone!!!! Here we are once again at Fantasy Fest time in Key West! It’s an interesting year considering all of the popular well attended events that typically happen for Fantasy Fest have been cancelled. Yet, Fantasy Fest is officially not cancelled. The Goombay Fest, Zombie Bike Ride, Street Fair, Masquerade Ball and Fantasy Fest parade have all been cancelled. If germ “safety” is the reason…. they failed . Duval Street in Key West was absolutely rockin and packed last night in Key West on the first Saturday of the scaled back event. There’s also new rules to navigate around this year. Despite a no nudity ordinance in Key West… theres usually a specified “Fantasy Zone” established for the festival for the more risque costumes and bodypainted folks…. not this year. Also, the street closures most are used to near Captain Tony’s and Sloppy Joe’ are also not happening as well.

But, people are still coming to Key West for Fantasy Fest!!! Last night I painted a wedding party of 13 ladies as zombies for their festivities in Key West!!!

CrazyFaces Face Painting & Body Art took part in a body paint project in Philadelphia PA by a team of 3 magical artists that airbrush body painted a group of men blue for the for this amazing opportunity but 3 awesome body artists were.

Netflix show Arrested Development . I was not there to body paint was happy to pass along this gig and continue empowering women with art opportunities …. there�s power in makeup and glitter. I was so happy it was a success and felt the energy of the day through pictures and gratitude messages for the body paint opportunity. Last night I took part in a face painting jam at the SoHa Art building in southern New Jersey with the South Jersey Face Painting Guild. We had the fortunate opportunity of a visit by Heather Green from Silly Farm supplies in Hollywood Florida. Heather was generous enough to share are sunny personality and share some face painting tips and business advice . We were also lucky to have the opportunity to but face painting and body painting supplies during our jam! I was glad to purchase some new cosmetic glitter , paint brushes , make-up and sponges to add to my already extensive professional kit of face painting supplies! A fun time was had by all sharing art, face painting , learning and making new face and body art friends ! I’m grateful for the opportunity that was offered to is by Heather Green , Silly Farm and the South Jersey Face Paint Guild.

Yeah…. its cold out! We heated things up with body painting in Philadelphia at Red Cedar Studio with Gregory Maxx Photography, a hot model and a Harley Davidson. The shoot took place as a gift for someone special for Valentines Day. The body paint was an Eagles jersey on the model as she used the Harley Davidson as her prop. We all had a fabulous time with paint, music and pictures. The pics above are some snapshots from the studio. Pre-Natal Belly Painting Delaware

Yesterday I had the lovely opportunity to work with an expecting client for a pre-natal belly paint session in Delaware. We worked with a Fall/Winter Baby theme as this 2nd time mommy to be gave birth to her first born in the Fall and her baby girl is due in the Winter. We decided that fall leaves and snowflakes should be included into the belly paint design.After an hour long session, the final product was a scene on one side with a tree and colorful fall leaves opposite a snowflake scene each sparkling and shimmering with glitter. The results were appreciated by mom and baby girl as she was moving around during the belly paint session:)

Heres a shot from a recent pregnant belly painting session in Delaware County PA! It was a fun last minute belly paint booking that worked out just beautifully. The colors were kept fun and bright for the design which was appropriate considering baby girl is due in August! After the painting was complete- new Mommy to be primped her hair and wore a special outfit to a photo shoot to have colorful photo memories of her pregnancy and her belly paint!

What an exciting weekend at Cigarfest 2013! I was in attendance for 2 days during the 10 year anniversary of Cigarfest to body paint models with selected poster artwork from previous events. The events was held at Split Rock Resort in Lake Harmony PA, a beautiful setting for a spectacular event. The models wore the paint with enthusiasm while the attendees very much enjoyed having their photo’s taken with the beautiful body painted models. Each model had a different poster design body painted on her back, making each design different and unique. Body painting is a fabulous way to advertise, promote and engage with the crowd.
