Heres an image from my latest pregnant belly painting done in New Jersey. The belly painting design has a tropical theme to it by request of the mommy to be, which I was glad to paint considering I was 2 days into my return from the tropical atmospere of Key West, FL. One of the most fun parts of this belly painting was that it was going to be part of the trick or treat festivities for that evening! Many came out to Complete Care Dental yesterday for the 2nd annual Candy Buy Back to support our troops overseas. The event encourages children to come in costume and trade in their Halloween candy for cash. The kids are given $1 per pound of traded in candy which is gifted to our troops overseas. The event is open to anyone who wishes to participate and was celebrated with face painting , balloon twisting, letter writing to the troops, games and snacks! Thanks to those who participated. Today was a very productive day with a glamour face painting/ extreme make-up session at Philly Photography Studios with Michael D. Becker Photography. Both models Macy and Rosie were wonderul to with as well as photographer Michael Becker. I used bold color for each model, accompanied by feathers, rhinestones and glitter gel to embellish the design. The result was a very dramatic, fun, festive look filled with bling!

Henna or Mehndi is a great addition to Bridal Showers or ladies only events. I was the henna artist on site at a Bridal Shower ths weekend in Bucks County PA. It was a nice surprise for all the ladies to have the option to have henna put on. Many of the ladies were enthusiastic about choosing a design and having it applied. The cool henna was an ice treat on a hot August afternoon. The bride enjoyed the most henna, as she had both feet decorated.
