I hope everyone had a wonderful start to the New Year! We kept busy on New Years Eve in Philadelphia at the Blue Cross River Rink for the Party on Ice with Face Painting and Airbrush Tattoos during the skate session. It was wonderful event with lots of happy kids ready to party and ring in the new year! The fireworks display was incredible and beautiful to experience during the party on ice. It was a very active weekend for Holiday and Christmas Parties in the Philadelphia and Delaware County PA area. We took part in a kids Christmas party event in Philadelphia at the Sheraton in Society Hill. Almost all of the kids took part in the face painting in which Christmas face paint designs were offered to add to the holiday cheer. Obviously face painting is a fun activity to offer for holiday parties of all kinds:)
Besides face painting at Christmas parties, we also had birthday parties to face paint at, airbrush tattoos for Lunch with Santa in Springfield PA and Airbrush T-shirts in Phoenixville PA. We were just as busy as Santa’s elves this weekend- and for that I am grateful!

Heres an image from my latest pregnant belly painting done in New Jersey. The belly painting design has a tropical theme to it by request of the mommy to be, which I was glad to paint considering I was 2 days into my return from the tropical atmospere of Key West, FL. One of the most fun parts of this belly painting was that it was going to be part of the trick or treat festivities for that evening! Last week I collaborated with colleague Aaron D. Stallworth for a Belly Paint Photo Shoot at Studio 5 South in Philadelphia PA. The expectant mommy is due in just a few weeks and she requested flowers that resemeble daffodils to be painted on her baby belly. Daffodil is the flower of the month for March. I used Mehron gold as a background and painted each daffodil a different bright color. The painting took about 1 hour to complete. I just love the look on the new mothers face when she looks at her newly decorated baby bump in the mirror, pure delight!!
