With the Christmas holiday just 1 week away,surely its been a popular time for face painting at holiday parties for kids in the Philadelphia area. Last week was a very nice party for the kids at Rock School West in West Chester PA! The girls enjoyed face painting and other fun to celebrate the season and their hard work on their dance production -The Nutcracker. The weekend brought fun in Philadelphia at The Society Hill Sheraton for a kids Christmas party with face painting, a visit from Santa, ice cream sundae’s and presents for every child!
Today we will see Santa once again in West Grove PA for an annual community holiday party! Happy holidays 🙂

The flowers face painting was done at a birthday party in Delaware County PA, although its December it feels like spring ,so the design matched the temperature outside. It was the annual Homecoming celebration at LaSalle University in Philadelphia PA yesterday. Once again I face painted the children of the Alumni and some students. Besides face painting, there was also a build a bear station, animals from the Philadelphia Zoo, a moonbounce, live music,food and drink. The weather turned to be the most beautiful its been in the past few years. The sun was shining and so were the sparkles on the colorful faces I painted. Thanks to everyone that came out for LaSalle’s Homecoming! See you next year:)

Because children are reported missing or abducted every year, the FBI recommends parents be prepared to provide law officers with vital information about your child.
The National Child Identification Program provides kits to include inkless fingerprints of your child, cards for detailing a child’s physical description, including a body map pointing out scars, birthmarks and other identifying features, a place to keep a current photo and an easy-to-use swab to take and store a small DNA sample.
The kits, light refreshments and door prizes are featured.

Spiderman and Venom Airbrush Body Paint Delaware County PA

Despite the freak weather yesterday in Delaware County PA which included snow and temperatures in the 30’s, I had two body paint sessions for Halloween events. I used an airbrush to body paint a Spiderman and Venom design on the upper body of both partygoers. Each design took about 1.5 hours to paint the upper half, arms and face of each person. The airbrush helped speed things up by applying the base color(s) first. I later went in with a brush for line work. The airbrush body paint results were very pleasing to myself and Spiderman and Venom:) I’m not certain of the outcome of the costume contest as of yet, I hope they won!

Earlier in the week I body painted a client as a neon colored feline design, taking her to first place in a costume contest in Philadelphia with prize money at $300 !

I painted for two 1st Birthday Parties in Montgomery County PA over the weekend! Both were lots of fun with face painting, magic and balloons! Both parties had a very unique theme. One was an owl theme, the other was hot pink and zebra print- a favorite of mine! The kids at both parties had lots of fun and really enjoyed the head start on Halloween with their faces painted!

It was a soggy start to a 5k to support Alex’s Lemonade Stand on Sunday in Media PA at the Rose Tree Park. But the crowd was full of spirit. Many people came out bright and early for a great cause and enjoyed the sounds of local radio station, complimentary food and drink, face painting, moon bouncing and plenty of other games for the kids while Mom or Dad participated in the 5k run. Power Home Remodeling organized the event to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand. Thanks to everyone who had their face painted ! I even saw a little girl later that same day at a local store with her face painting still on 🙂

Airbrush Tattoo’s Kids Birthday Party Delaware County PA

Yesterday was a FABULOUS party in Folsom, Delaware County for a special little boy. The atmosphere was festive and filled with lots of balloons, coordinating decorations and lots of fun activities. The children at the party danced to the sounds of the music by the dj, had pony rides, bounced in the moonbouce, got airbrush tattoos and truly incredible balloon art by balloon artist Eric Wainstein. It was a spectacular party to participate in and so rewarding to see the smiles of the children and adults that enjoyed the fun!
