Body Painted Temple University Jersey in Philadelphia PA

Temple University in Philadelphia was celebrated with a recent body painting. The request was a body painted football jersey as a special gift for the clients boyfriend for Valentines Day! I used the actual image of the jersey to body paint on the client. Clothing is fun to body paint to give the illusion that clothes are being worn as opposed to painted on. I especially love that we were able to match the colors almost exactly and create the body painted image we were after. The painting took a total of 90 minutes to complete with a brush. After the body painting, we followed up with a professional photo shoot in Philadelphia with Aaron Stallworth Photography.

Boy love face painting just as much girls and this weekend the theme was Dinosaurs! Face painting was a special activity for a boys birthday party in West Chester PA! All the face painting designs I offered were different dinosaur faces. Some were green, some were orange. or even pink for the little lady dinosaurs of the party! Each kid that had their face painted at the birthday party became a pre-historic creature to mingle and have loads of fun!

The weekend was buzzing with birthdays,parties and face painting fun. I was out and about all weekend for face painting at birthday parties in Delaware County PA and Chester County PA on Saturday. One of the birthday parties took place at Pinocchios Pizza in Media PA, one of my favorite places in Delco. It was small party which allowed even adults to enjoy face painting as well! I love when the grown ups are equally enthusiastic as the children:)

On Sunday, I had the opportunity to take party in a little girls birthday party at NEST in Philadelphia PA located at 13th and Locust. I was airbrushing canvas bags for a 5yr old birthday party. The kids had a great time taking part in multiple activities, including gymnastics and getting nails done. Many thanks to owner Jess for having me at her daughters party 🙂

I was very honored and excited to have been invited to body paint and participate in an event for the Wilmington Art Loop on Tuesday evening. The event took place in Wilmington DE at Theatre N to anounce the launching of the Art Loops new improved website. I did a small amount of body painting on Ashley, my very lovely, friendly model. It was nice to chat with guests as the painting was taking place and Ashley was being decorated with roses and vibrant colors.It was a great event with talented artists, great food and wonderful people. The Art Loop takes place on the first Friday of each month as various businesses in Wilmington showcase local artists that share their art with those who come out to experience the event.

Saturday was a full day of art, starting with a scheduled belly paint in New Jersey. The design idea was Jungle Baby to match the theme of the baby shower. I came up with a colorful design that was fun and childlike. I was happy with the outcome, as was the mother to be and her darling little girl that was fascinated by the paint on mom’s belly!
