Body Painted Temple University Jersey in Philadelphia PA

Temple University in Philadelphia was celebrated with a recent body painting. The request was a body painted football jersey as a special gift for the clients boyfriend for Valentines Day! I used the actual image of the jersey to body paint on the client. Clothing is fun to body paint to give the illusion that clothes are being worn as opposed to painted on. I especially love that we were able to match the colors almost exactly and create the body painted image we were after. The painting took a total of 90 minutes to complete with a brush. After the body painting, we followed up with a professional photo shoot in Philadelphia with Aaron Stallworth Photography.

I was very honored and excited to have been invited to body paint and participate in an event for the Wilmington Art Loop on Tuesday evening. The event took place in Wilmington DE at Theatre N to anounce the launching of the Art Loops new improved website. I did a small amount of body painting on Ashley, my very lovely, friendly model. It was nice to chat with guests as the painting was taking place and Ashley was being decorated with roses and vibrant colors.It was a great event with talented artists, great food and wonderful people. The Art Loop takes place on the first Friday of each month as various businesses in Wilmington showcase local artists that share their art with those who come out to experience the event.

The Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia on Thanksgiving Eve hosted the biggest party in Philly sponsored by LineRocket . I body painted 4 models as part of the event to advertise LineRocket which allows club goers the opportunity to buy tickets in advance and skip the line to preier clubs all over the United States. The girls were painted silver, red and black which are the LineRocket colors. Each model was painted basically the same with slight design and color variation on each painted body. The message “LineRocket” was the focal point of each body painting.

Silver Body Paint New Jersey Photo Shoot

Today I body painted for a photo shoot in New Jersey. I painted the model completely silver, head to toe including her hair. The results look to me like chrome, i just love it. This was my first full body metallic body paint, I was concerned about the appearance of brush strokes considering I applied the make-up with a large body brush as opposed to using airbrush. As you can see, no brush strokes:) It looks smooth and clean like a freshly polished chrome surface.

Everyone involved in the shoot was great. We shot at Empty Bucket Studios in Lambertville,NJ. Stay tuned for more images and a behind the scenes video!

I body paint even in earthquakes! Tuesday we did a shoot in Philadelphia PA where I painted a Philadelphia Eagles jersey on model Tierra at Aaron Stallworth’s Photography Studio in Philadelphia PA. We were situated on the top floor of the tall building as I was painting the back portion of the Eagles design,when I began to feel dizzy and things started swaying. It was an intense moment and neither myself or the model Tierra knew what had happened except that it appeared that the building had actually shifted and things were rattling in the studio. I wasnt sure if I should get out of there quick or stay. I didnt want to leave the model, as she was topless and not fully painted and I wanted to complete the design. After exteme anxiety for the remainder of the session, I did finish the body painting and I was very pleased with the results. I am glad that we didnt experience anything more than a little earth shake and I was doing something I love-painting 🙂

Heres is one image of many from a body paint photo shoot that took place in Philadelphia PA last week. The energy was high and lots of creativity was in the air. At the shoot were cool props, a jeweled bat, swords and 2 motorcycles. Model Ashli was great to work with as we chatted while I painted her. Photographer Larry Little was a fun upbeat personality to work with and captured hundreds of great images :)

Yesterday I body painted for a photo shoot in Philadelphia at Kats Eye Studio. The theme was light fetish, so spider webs,cat eyes,and vampires were design options. I painted Ry-Ry with spider webs. Because I love sparkle and all things glam, I added some rhinestone and of course glitter 🙂

Me and my body painted ladies from the Philadelphia RAW that my body paint was showcased! It was an exhilerating evening! I had so much fun painting each model and I just love the head pieces!
