Face Painting Ambler PA Wissahickon Middle School Career Day

Yesterday I participated in Career Day at Wisshickon Middle School. I spoke about face painting and body art as a career. Although I am not used to getting up so early on a weekday to prepare for an event, I was glad to participate. The students were very interested in learning about all different aspects of art as a career. At the end of each presentation, I asked for volunteers to be face painted. I think the hands on demo was the crowd favorite. I had kids that stayed after dismissal to come back and get face painting, very impressive! Thanks you to Mrs. Maio , Mr. Baldosanno and the entire Wissahickon Middle School for welcoming me to speak about my art 🙂

The theme of my art lately has been Mardi Gras! Its a fun time and a fun theme to work with. At a recent photoshoot, beautiful Adrienne wore the painted mask with lots of bling, the image was captured by Richard or Rundown Studio 🙂 It was fun day with lots of creativity flowing.

The upcoming Mardi Gras has been my recent face paint design inspiration. Mardi Gras masks are so fun to paint, I love the variety of color combos, the versatility of the shape of mask that can be altered to flatter any face shape and the bling. I love sparkles and and glitter and face painting accepts my passion for glitter and bling.

Heres a photo from a photo shoot in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia PA this week of a cat design I body painted. This was a really fun shoot. I used vibrant colors and the model, Ni, really took on the persona of a cat during the shoot. Another big shout out to Aaron Stallworth- always a pleasure to work with and lots of fun 🙂

Tuesday night was beautiful evening for Neighbors Night Out in Haverford PA. Residents participating in this community event enjoyed card reading, a photo booth,face painting,food and prizes!

Spring has sprung! The spring season is off to a nice start . CrazyFaces Face Painting wil be doing a variety of events in Delaware from New Castle County to Kent and Sussex County. Face painting. As participant of a series of community outreach events, I will be face painting in the following cities -Wilmington , New Castle,Bear, Newark, Claymont, Harrington, Georgetown and Dover!
