In the news: The city of Key West is looking to redfine nudity laws for Fantasy Fest. Fantasy Fest is a 10 day long festival taking place in the island of Key West which body painting is primary focus. Fantasy Fest attendee’s get wild and crazy with costumes, body paint and sometimes nudity. The city would like to redfine the laws in an effort to keep Fantasy Fest creative and fun.
