Who’s ready for Spring? I know we’ve all had enough snow and cold weather. We bid farewell to February with face painting this weekend all over the Philadelphia Tri-State area! We started with face painting at a school in Philadelphia on Friday for a Birthday Party. The rest of the weekend put us in New Jersey with face painting and balloons for a Dunkin Donuts Grand Opening in Vineland New Jersey , a Birthday Party in Philadelphia and Face Painting in Malvern PA for a Mardi Gras Party.
