So I recently found a new awesome wellness center in Key West called Namaste Key West. I absolutely LOVE this place. I had been silently hoping for a place just like it close to me where I could go to connect with like minded “woke” creatives. After riding by several times and also stopping by at times it wasn’t opened- I was determined and finally decided to take it a step further. I decided I would get info online. With the help of FaceBook,I was able to connect with Namaste Owner,Shanda. What a blessing and breath of fresh air THAT was! She is so sweet, friendly, gentle and kind:) I was immediately inspired and offered to collaborate with my henna and other art and she was so receptive and excited. I was excited too and still am! I rode my bike later that day to meet her and just loved the space at Namaste. I feel so good each time I visit. Tuesday nights Namaste offers free sound healing sessions from 7pm-8pm…. THEY are incredible:) Its a sacred space for connection and sound healing leaving me feeling renewed and invigorated each time. This past weekend was the grand opening/ gratitude party…. I attended with henna as my gift to everyone at the party!

I had such a wonderful time sharing with everyone that wanted henna…. some received henna for the very first time which was amazing. I love what I do, I’m sure I’ve said it a bazillion times. My art connects me to others that I may not otherwise reach or be reached by- for this I know I am of purpose and that feels good to me.
