The Labor Day holiday weekend was a popular one for birthday parties! Friday I face painted a heart design for a girls birthday party in Chester County PA 🙂 The face painting was a surprise for the girls, so they were super psyched when they realized I was there to glam them up with colors, glitter and gems!
