The Homestead Seafood Festival<\/a> got off to a wet start on the first day of the event but the show still went on!!! Halfway en route to the festival, I realized the weather was not going to cooperate for a successful face and body art day so I passed on Saturday. I kept the faith for a sunny Sunday….and that sure did the trick! Sunday I arrived bright and early with an optimistic attitude for a busy body art day!!! I had so much fun face painting and putting henna on all the children and families participating in the festival activities \ud83d\ude42 Lots of sparkling faces with paint and hands of henna wandered around the festival grounds in Homestead.
